Tortuga Beach Resort is very near to full completion, as you can see from the latest images from Sal, the apartment buildings are progressing very quickly with the first completed apartments now being furnished.

The quality of the resort is by far the best seen on the islands so far, but as ever, there is no need to take our word for it, simply listen to the views our clients....

"Well I have to say how disappointed we both were after our recent visit to Cape Verde/Tortuga!!!!!!!!

Why because it was faultless in every detail, it takes alot to impress us to the point that we feel so confident in our investment. Let me explain in detail because we were so impressed and it is only fair to all concerned.

On arrival at Sal airport we were met by Mark from the Resort Group, immediately felt at ease and comfortable in Mark's company and information was flowing before we got to the car. We drove passed our resort site (Tortuga) on the way to our hotel, well if you could have seen our faces it could have sold the remaining properties on Dunas for you !!

Impressive is not a word we use lightly, speechless, excited, shocked, we could go on forever.

We met Emma the following weekend again form the Resort Group, again felt so at ease with both there company and bonded within minutes. We were treated with the upmost respect and natural friendliness you can imagine. It became quite clear early on that everthing about our visit was 5 star.

My wife and myself could not stop asking questions and smiling with pure happiness during our time with Mark and Emma, both a credit to the Resort Group and yourselves. When we met at the NEC in October 2007 Kayden Estates sold us a dream, we have been living that dream for the last 2 years, but this is no ordinary dream because it will come true!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

We cannot find the correct words to explain how we feel about Cape Verde, Tortuga, The quality, The location, etc. It was simple a faultless experience and returned totally confident in our purchase, it is not only in fantastic location, not only a Quality Product but simple the best single investment we have ever made!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone who cannot make there mind up about purchasing in Cape Verde should go and experience what we have, then if they have vision they will make serious money through any investment related to all resort group projects and of course all buyers should start the 5 star treatment through Kayden Estates.

We would both like to thank everyone involved in our investment, but we are so impressed I do not think it will be a rental investment anymore, It is beyond our dreams so we will be selfish and keep it just for ourselves!!

While we were there, we met up with the wonderful and charming Emma rose. Emma, took us to the Tortuga site and we were amazed to see the speed the units are being built. We visited last December 08 and it was just a plot of land with nothing on. Its good to know, all investors have chosen the right company in the resort group. When I look at other sites on the island, it is reassuring to see our site is being built to a five star standard where others have slowed down and some have stopped altogether.

Rob Jarret and his team are doing a great job in keeping us all informed every month with their newsletter. Brilliant keep up the good work.

PS. Emma is very knowledgeable and always answers everyone's questions when they are fired at her. Next time we are over Emma, lets go for another curry.

"A big thanks to Emma and Mark and all our friends we make last weekend - Sat 21st November you all made it the best time ever..... We have just got back from our first visit to Sal.. The tour well you could not ask for more insite into the island it was so informative we went from coast to coast, taken to some fab restaurants and tried some interesting sea food (cracas and sea fingers!!!).

We are on Dunas, that is still just land but it was good to see the buildings on Tortuga, they are really coming along. The sea and the sunshine are even better than what the pictures can show, absolutely amazing when your there! The locals are very friendly and their English is very good. We can't wait to come again be warned Emma and Mark you may see us sooner than you think!!!!
